In the event of a product failure we offer you the possibility to return the goods back to us that originally have been purchased from us. Before you return an article that needs to be repaired you need to inform us.
Once we have determined that the products where sold via Arcobel Embedded Solutions we will then provide you with a RMA number. All correspondence of the RMA will be done via that number. There are three ways to get a RMA number

Our standard warranty period is one year (12 months) after invoice date or mentioned differently at the orginal quotation. For our Industrial PC line you can download here the different warranty packages.
